Our Story
The Distillery Lounge
The Moon Distillery is the brainchild of Brewmaster Clay Potter and his stepfather Steve Ash. Clay acquired his skills at the prestigious Heriot-Watt International Centre for Brewing and Distilling in Scotland, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Brewing and Distilling. He and his crew are behind the success of the neighbouring Moon Under Water Brewery which got going in 2012.

Both patio spaces are kid friendly and dog friendly! The Distillery Lounge open 7 days a week 12 pm – 8 pm.
