The Moon Distillery is the brainchild of Brewmaster Clay Potter and his stepfather Steve Ash. Clay acquired his skills at the prestigious Heriot-Watt International Centre for Brewing and Distilling in Scotland, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Brewing and Distilling. He and his crew are behind the success of the neighbouring Moon Under Water Brewery which got going in 2012.
