In 2021, Field Five Farm on the Saanich Peninsula grew a special crop of Heirloom Bloody Butcher Corn just for us. We malted, mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged it — all within a 30 km radius of our Distillery.

This rich, bourbon-style Canadian whisky delivers a warm embrace of caramel and vanilla, followed by a lively finish of cinnamon and baking spice.

Crafted from 55% Bloody Butcher corn and aged in freshly charred American oak barrels, it’s bottled unfiltered at 90 proof (45% ABV) to preserve every drop of flavour.
