From the Single Malt Infusion Series, we took our 3 year old Single Malt whisky and aged it on Columbian cacao nibs. The result is rich and dark chocolatey notes, but not too sweet.

The malt for this whisky came entirely from Field Five Farm – located only 20 km away from the Distillery.
