A delicious alchemy of coffee and whisky!

We took our 3 year old small batch Single Malt whisky and used it to cold extract Sumatran coffee beans from local coffee business, Esquimalt Roasting Company. 

This infused Single Malt Whisky finishes with notes of strawberry and vanilla.

The malt for this whisky came entirely from Field Five Farm – located only 20 km away from the Distillery.
